NOW IS THE TIME FOR YOGA
As Sligo's First Fully Online Yoga Studio, located on the Wild Atlantic Way, Anois Yoga is a locally based but globally inspired independent yoga community.
The ancient texts of Yoga begin with the word Now.
‘Atha Yoganusasanam’ -- ‘Now the teaching of Yoga’.
Anois means Now in Irish, and these Irish gals have worked hard through 2020 to bring you ANOIS YOGA so you can practice whenever your NOW happens.
Sligo teachers Blaithin Sweeney, Cathi Murphy & Louise Waters have connected many times over the years on various charity projects and community events. That connection deepened further while completing Subtle Body Anatomy training together in 2019/20. It was due to the individual and collective yoga-healing they experienced on their training journey that they felt compelled in the Summer of 2020 to come together and create an authentic and supportive online yoga community.
'Our Community needs Yoga NOW more than ever. We have dedicated ourselves to meaningful yoga and aim to share these practices in a way that meets the needs of people of all ages and abilities. Our offerings are designed to support the challenging schedules and responsibilities of modern lives. We are committed to looking after each other and looking after you in an authentic and interactive community where real people come together and encourage one another in well-being.
