Coming into Your Power

Working with the wisdom of the Subtle body in this workshop, we will explore samana vayu which is one of the 5 vayus . The 5 vayus (5 winds) are associated with energy moment in the body. When these 5 winds are in balance it enables things of creation in our bodies to move in a smooth orderly fashion.

Samana vayu is movement of energy into the centre, where it connects with and manifests personal power. This flow is essential for absorbing information and nourishment and transforming it into conscious action

When samana is healthy, we benefit from strong digestion, vitality, and balance at every level. When samana is weak, we struggle with assimilating and digesting not only what we physically consume but also our mental and emotional experiences. 

In this workshop, we will explore samana vayu using a sequence of Movement and restorative Asana to connect with this internal power which already abides within each of us.
