This yoga workshop offers the perfect space to ignite intention & restore balance after Christmas & New Year celebrations. Our focus will be to renew our bodies and nervous system by tuning in to dreams and visions and setting intention for the new year.
Together we will move and breathe through a grounding and balancing yoga flow and finish by with a deeply nourishing restorative practice that will allow our actions and our intentions to fully integrate.
What You Need
1 Yoga mat
3 Blankets (or more for comfort)
1 Bolster (or wrap a firm pillow in a blanket to make at home)
1 yoga strap (or scarf )
1 eyepillow (scarf)
1 yoga brick ( large book)
