It will take the same form as the level 1 & 2 courses. The Content Will be different and will be focused on the Third Foundation of Mindfulness: Navigating Mental Formations A.K.A.Thoughts and Feelings

The Course is anticipated to run in Winter 2021 (dates TBA). Each Week You'll Have Access to

  • A Seminar to set the theme for your week of practice and exploration. There will be a short talk, focused practice and discussion. Live attendance recommended but recording will be available. Mondays 7-9pm. 
  • A Mindful Yoga class (75 mins) designed to help you embody the theme for the week. Option to attend live or access anytime recording. Tuesday 7-8:15pm 
  • A Mindfulness Meditation Class (30 mins)  designed to help you explore the theme for the week in formal meditation practice.Option to attend live or access anytime recording. Tuesday 8:30-9pm
  • Q & A sessions to support your progression. Optional to attend live or access anytime recording. Monday 9-9:30pm
  • Community Discussion Forum where there will be regular tips and prompts for weaving the principles into your everyday activities in practical ways.
